65 and SO alive: Asbury Retreat Center Serving Christ Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow.
Asbury is Celebrating 65 years of ministry this year, and we have an exciting weekend planned that you won’t want to miss! Whether you’re a past camper, retreat guest, staff member, friend, or family of Asbury, this is your chance to come back home and join the celebration.
Here’s how we are celebrating this milestone:
Homecoming
Dates: July 5-7 Location: Asbury!
Activities:
- Reunion Meet and Greet: Reconnect with old friends and make new ones during. Reminisce about the past and share your favorite memories of Asbury.
- Family-Friendly Events: We have activities planned for all ages throughout the weekend. From arts and crafts for the little ones to sports and games for the teens, there’s something for everyone. We plan to have Games, a Scavenger Hunt, Crafts, Pool time, Canoe/Kayaking, Archery, Kickball, Volleyball and more!
- Campfire Gatherings: Enjoy the classic camp experience with evening campfires, complete with stories, songs, and s’mores
- Worship Services: Join us for inspiring worship services that celebrate our ministry’s past, present, and future.
- Outdoor Chapel and Prayer Labyrinth Dedication: Be a part of our outdoor chapel and prayer labyrinth dedication.
Accommodation Options: We offer flexible options to fit your schedule:
- Saturday Only: Join us for the day’s activities and head home in the evening. ($40 indiv/$75 per family includes BBQ)
- One-Night Stay: Spend Saturday night or Friday night at Asbury and enjoy a full day of activities.
- Two-Night Stay: Make the most of the weekend with a two-night stay, immersing yourself in all the planned events.

CHICKEN BBQ (NOON to 2 PM)
½ Chicken, Homemade Macaroni Salad, Baked Beans, Roll, Brownie (Pre-Orders Encouraged), $15, Drive Through or EAT IN!
1 – 4 pm Choice of Activities plus SWIMMING/Snack Shack
4 pm Worship in Epworth
7 pm Campfire
